Customer Ben Tobian purchased two crystal lamps on December 8th over the phone with Alison.  Today he brought them back.

Here is the problem, the transaction has never gone through with his bank, Allison said it was a strange transaction, and she never got a recipt but she did get a voice authorization.

The customer does not want a store credit, they want to make sure the charge does not go through because it hasn't in over a week and a half.  What should i do?
